Is it your first? Don't worry, there is plenty of time for showing

Do you feel the baby? Around 19 weeks you should be feeling the baby every day. That should make you feel pregnant. Don't worry about your size. By the time you're 9 months, you will forget you even said you were worried about not showing. You could be one of the lucky women who doesn't gain too much weight (and therefore doesn't have to lose that much after pregnancy).

Don't worry I barely showed at 20 weeks...I just looked like I had a big meal...Women all carry differently..My cousin didn't show until she was 23 weeks...and she was carrying twins! Plus there is no such thing as "feeling pregnant" some women experience common symptoms and some don't experience anything..which believe me most of the symptoms suck so consider yourself one of the lucky few...You'll feel very pregnant when you're about 30 weeks...so enjoy this wonderful stage of pregnancy called the 2nd trimester while it lasts

I'm almost 21 weeks and not showing (my pants are tight in the waist now but thats all) and don't feel pregnant also. I barely feel it now and then and sometimes im not even sure if its the baby. I just got back from the dr. and he told me its normal for a 1st pregnancy and found the baby's heartbeat with the droppler and it is fine. the baby also was kicking while they had the droppler so just cuz you can't feel it doesn't me its not happening.

Not to worry. I didn't really start showing until I was about 25 weeks or so. And I certainly didn't feel pregnant for the longest time...other than a missed period, I didn't have many symptoms (no morning sickness, sore breasts, etc.). Once you start feeling your baby move, your pregnancy will feel more real to you. Best wishes.

I didn't really show that much, I think it just depends. Some people didn't even know I was pregnant when I was a week from my due date.

I'm the same time pregnant as you (19w 4d) and I've just started to show now. This is my 1st baby. I think when you reach about 6 months you will definately be showing. Congrats.
