It was back in the 80s when I last saw it. I think it was on the Disney channel, but it is about a boy who moved to a new town and he meets this girl who always dresses in black, and is supposedly a witch. Anyway there is a black cat, and a lake and the girl's grandma but I dont know what happened in the movie. I just know that I used to like it and would like to watch it... Please help!

It's not Escape to Witch mountain.. I know that much.
The only thing that comes to mind is one called The boy from black Bayou or something like that.. but I don't remember a girl.. the only scene I remember from the movie is 2 boys going out in a little boat trying to recover a bell that was lost in a storm.. it was the first made for tv disney movie.. it's possible it's the same one, though I cannot be positive as I haven't seen it since the 80's either.
