I like it but should I wear stockings with it? If so which color? Black or nude?? ?? I hate my legs they are very pale.
What kind of shoes ???
Or should I get that cute black flapper dress with the hanging stuff??? and if so what shoes and stockings should I rock with it?

Sorry I am not a lady but I would have to say definitely go with an expensive nude/tan coloured stockings - perhaps with a shimmer/shine to them because they will make your 'pale' legs look fantastic... In terms of shoes, perhaps silver strappy heels and if they are open toe or strappy style, you should use the stockings that have a sheer toe or sandal foot.

I wear pantyhose just about every day to work and when I hit the town on weekends. I work in a professional office and hosiery is not required but any woman worth her paycheck wears something there. Men are not required to wear ties either but they all do. In the summer I wear thigh highs more and stockings to big meetings or parties. Pantyhose are good for everyday.....I prefer stockings because of how they look and feel but the cost vs. pantyhose is a killer! Thigh highs are the only way to go in the summer on those hot days but are too much of a pain for every day. Thanks!

First, you will freeze your butt off if you don't wear any stockings on New Years!
Second, you said you don't like your pale legs.
a] blue dress - nude sandalfoot hose, and gold or silver strappy heeled sandals.
b] flapper dress - nude hose, and black pumps, or black heeled Mary Janes. Add a black beaded bag.

No stockings, you won't need them. The dress is great but I LOVE the flapper dress :D Have a good time!

Look here girlfriend if have to ask someone if you need to wear stockings with your dress that probably means your legs are Jacked and you know should have them on with no question. Not being mean its just a hygiene thing.

No stockingsss :)
just wear a pair of black/silver/or blue strappy heels and youll look gorgeouse!
use the blue tube dress btw!

no tights, if you're self-conscious about your legs just wear sheer nude stockings but don't if you're planning on wearing open-toed shoes.
metallic shoes would look cute with that dress

i would say stick with the dress you bought. no stockings. black shoes. something strappy.
