I would make a worldwide law, that all countries have to allow everyone in. If you can afford to get to Australia, then your welcome to stay.
Right now in the world, your allowed to leave all but like 5 countries. Problem is your not allowed to enter any of them unless a company signs for you, or you marry one of their citizens.
There would be 5-10 years of chaos. It would fix almost all the worlds problems eventually though. It would even out the people and the resources, and for the first time in history, countries would have to compete for citizens. They would actually have to benefit you if they want you to live there! No more dictatorships! Yay!
