Wow. Don't want to say I love you but want the pleasures of her skin....thats .....sadly deep.
I would suggest being honest...if you don't love the woman...tell her that, most women can take honesty more than what is believed. Saying the feeling is mutual is saying you are returning her love, so stay away from that
go with...."yea, you have a special place in my heart too"
that might get you some :)

Seriously? If she's saying "I love you" than I'm not sure there is much else she will accept in return.
Try something like... Oh, that's so sweet of you. See how she reacts. If that works, stay along those lines.

You can love someone without being in love with them. ILU as a friend, things about you, ect . It is when you hear, I am in love with you and you are not ready to reciprocate that you must be very clear.
