Lately, after that British research about prostat health and mastrub. , it seems that quiet many are encouraging men to masturbate. Doctors say that it's dicrease prostate cancer possibilties.
So what someone, who stoped or even never started to do it, should do (in case of no regular sex)?
It's of course logical that we- men, want to do what's good for our health but is it really so proved? i don't have nothing against yhose who do that but is it really as beneficial as for example vitamins? Is there other thinks that could prevent prostate cancer?
Does many doctors encourage it?

I don't think it matters if masturbation is good for your health or not, you are still going to do it because it feels good....

In a healthy male masturbation is a norm. I haven't heard about any research regarding cancer, but I don know that sperm is like any living organism, it has a life span of 4 to 6 weeks inside you and then dies being replaced with new sperm. The dead sperm is expelled when you urinate. It is in the a.m. urination, discoloured, thick and causes pain; decreases with each urination of the day for about 2 days. The way to avoid the expulsion with the pain if you don't have sex or masturbate is if you have a strenuous job/exercise.

There is a higher risk of prostate cancer if you don't have sex of any kind, according to research, but you are likely to have nocturnal emissions as a result so you still release semen and sperm. Most men develop some problem with their prostate as they get older.

Actually, statistically if a man lives to a very old age, he will most likely develop prostate cancer anyway but that won't be what kills him.

There are psychological aspects that masturbation is linked too and the negative effects there probably outweigh the supposedly healthy aspects of it.

There is a long list of factors that they " believe" to help prevent prostate cancer. Not masturbating will not hurt you.

No real difference either way, your balls are producing sperm cells as you read this, but once they mature, they will be reabsorbed by your body if not used or ejaculated. Ejaculation by masterbation or intercourse is the same physiological reaction, so there is really no difference other than one is more fun.

it doesn't have such good effects ,i mean it's bad effects are more.when you masturbate because of speed you may hurt your penis.and because most of parents know it bad you must keep it private so it will remain some psychological problems on you.and because its easier than sex you will do it more and you will lose your control on your ejaculation,so when you get marry and try to have sex with your wife you will *** sooner than your wife and this will bother her so much.so try not to masturbate or if you can't stop ,do it once a week.keep yourself busy,do some excercises, eat well and try to masturbate as few times as possible.

No, contrary to popular myth, there are plenty of guys who are physically, sexually, and mentally very healthy and who do not masturbate. I am one. There's nothing wrong with doing it if you want to, but nothing bad is going to happen if, like me, you find solo sex completely unappealing.
