Why would liking cookies, Christmas or non, be an inconsistancy? What we celebrate now for Christmas really has nothing to do with religion anyway, it is all mass consumerism, gluttony, and greed.

That's funny, hey the storm reminds me, why are no northeast liberals ranting about global warming today? I am Agnostic, but I still like Xmas Cookies, I just pretend they are nondenominational goodies from a superior baker! Lol

I don't think there's any inconsistency. Modern celebrations of Christmas are more secular than religious anyway.

Atheists don't recognize Christmas. So for atheists Christmas cookies are just cookies.

that is like asking if the enjoy cadbury eggs. just because they don't believe in something, doesn't mean they can't enjoy the holiday for the family aspects.
