I'm at work and I'm really really sleepy and I'm having trouble staying awake. Any suggestions? I don't like coffee.

And I just got finished eating so now I'm full and that may be why i'm so sleepy

Drink alot of caffeine.Try taking a walk out in the cool air.Or have your boyfriend bring you a red bull!!

Check out what kind of food you are eating does it contain MSG in it cause that cause sleepiness. Drink lots of water and do some stretching exercises. Eat lots of green vegetables and fruit. Also taking a vitamin supplement will help. Eating a energy bar and drinking water helps.Eating bananas help a lot. These are all the above things I have done and I have been successful.The best of luck to you.

I never eat too heavy in the morning unless its on the weekend. That food will definitely make things worse. If you don't like coffee I suggest just getting a good nights rest. Try putting a desk fan if you have one right on your face. Keep cold or get up to take a walk. A cat nap in your car for 15 minutes may help.

whenever you start to feel sleepy, take a break from whatever you're doing and walk around the office. if you can, find some place to do jumping jacks
