one of the main reasons i left my ex was because he doesn't help out around the house, we have a 6 mo. old daughter together...because he isn't doing anything besides helping with rent, i want to kick him out because i refuse to clean up after him and his friends while he sits there on his fat *** and watches tv!...theres one problem though...his name is on the lease!...how do you kick someone out if their name is on the lease too?

Ask your apt mgr or landlord; I doubt that it matters as long as you continue paying the rent.
I would never live with a bf. If we felt that strongly about each other, then we would get married. If we don't feel that strongly about each other, what's the point? It's just wasting my life when I could be out there looking for someone who wants to commit? PS: I hope you don't have anymore illegitimate children; it's not fair to the child.

You could simply ask him to leave, but since his name is on the lease too and he's paying his portion of the rent, you can not legally make him move out. If you want to separate from him then you will probably be the one who will have to leave.

the lease is the least of your worries, the child should be #1.

Prompt a fight with him and call the police to have him arrested. Or just flagrantly cheat on him. Those are your two options. He'll pack his things and wont want anything to do with you.
