Southern Florida (Miami) and Hawaii. I don't have any experience with Florida this time of year, but I can tell you that if you're thinking about going to Hawaii for Xmas, all the good hotel rooms and flights are probably already booked up.

Beaches in California will *not* be warm this time of year (unless you're contrasting with North Dakota). Trust me, I live in SoCal.

Warm beaches are best found on the Gulf coast of Florida.
Sanibel Island's great but you need to get a motel in Fort Myers - Sanibel Island's the most expensive place in the USA.
Daytona Beach is very good - by the way, in Florida, when the name of a city is, say, Daytona and it has a neighboring city of 'Daytona Beach' - Daytona is on the land before crossing a waterway, and Daytona Beach is on the opposite (offshore ocean side) of the dividing waterway.

Mexico, ideally the lodges of Cozumel and Cancun. they are many times as luxury because the Caribbean yet is basically about continuously more low priced. bypass there in the course of the summer ideally early summer or late summer to maintain away from the vacationer rush.
