organic means that the food was not sprayed with any chemicals. Other words organic foods are cleaner, really it's much healthier than the foods that are sprayed with those chemicals and organic foods taste better. Only thing is, is that organic foods cost more.

Organic seeds are expensive, it is hard to keep an organic farm, so that is why organic products are more expensive.
Usually organic farmers keep their own seeds for the next season or next crop depending on where the farm is situated.

Means that no chemical pesticides or herbicides were applied to the fruits and vegetables; and no hormones, antibiotics, etc. were given to livestock (cows, pigs, etc).
for example: If a cow gets sick and needs antibiotics, it is separated from the herd and placed in another pasture to prevent cross-contamination or cross-breeding.
