Not safe, you could be letting deadly carbon monoxide into your home. Get a ceramic space heater. They don't get hot and get one with an automatic turn off switch so it turns off if you knock it over. If you are going to use the stove/oven, bake some cookies or dinner or a pie or something.

Ya uh no as two issues here. the furnace expels the CO out of a flue, you are pumping carbon monoxide into your mobile home. Go spend 20 bucks on some caulk and go around the windows or get that plastic stuff to cover the windows.

No....gas stoves are made to cook with....not to be used for a heating source. You could possibly get axphesiated (sp?) by gas fumes. You'd be better off with a floor type electric heater...all though this will run up your electric bill like crazy. But that is what they are meant to do.

there is the risk of carbon monoxide poisoning if your gas is not burning completely. so it's not a good idea to use your stove. a better, cheaper method would be using a safe space heater.

Why do people who purely do no longer know what they are speaking approximately insist on answering, and giving incorrect/undesirable solutions at that? ok, now that i've got vented (each pun meant), Suzy Cutes is actual maximum staggering. I even have had an unvented range for some months now, and that's super. UNVENTED, people, ability purely that! in case you people who supply undesirable solutions are too stupid to even verify the internet, do no longer challenge answering questions you know no longer something approximately.

I would only use it to improvise for a few hours if there is a power outage ,but you should consider buying a proper heater for your home and fix the problem of the draft as soon as possible.

No, it is not safe. You could get gas poisoning, or you home could blow up. I would invest in some space heaters instead.
