Biggie is correct, mass printings of such documents are quite common. However, there is sometimes a side issue, if it was printed by a specific organization (with their identification noted) that relationship may be worth a little more to other members of that organization.

It depends of what.
But it should be worth something if you keep it for longer and sell it at the right time(or even keep it as a family hierloom. maybe in 100 years it will make your grand children rich).

I would not expect so. Mass-printed replicas are quite common.
