where is the selcetor tool?
sorry i only downloaded it today

thats GREAT!!
but some how it wont let me choose float....
it isnt highlighted...
damn!
what do i do?

Heh, heh, I *finally* figured it out after moaning and groaning! You first have to Layer--> Merge down, then Selection--> Float... THEN you can diddle the little booger!
BTW you also have to Selection--> Float when you use the selection tools (like Rectangle tool) to move other areas around...as I sometimes do on transparent areas of .pngs
P.s. the tool you move with is the thick cross, the turquoise outward-pointing arrows in the toolbar.

After you are done typing, you have to use the selector tool to move it.
