International Harvester stuff. Got a 77 Scout. That lead to the 1930's IHC wrench I just had to have. some how acquired a 1969 Scout 800 owners manual. a few vintage scout repair manuals. Now I must have an old cub cadet, an IH fridge, and an IH M-1 Garand, and maybe some old oil cans and signs and maybe a Super M. And an IH window AC unit would be nice. Also collect old tools and automotive stuff. And classic Pontiac stuff. Mike what kind of Iron do ya got? I spent a few summers running an Allis Chalmers D-17 and WD-45

What don't I collect would be an easier statement.I have an unbelievable pig collection since I ride a Harley.Plus, alot of motorcycle stuff. And, I collect railroad lantern of the past from surrounding railroads.I try to collect first edition books..old and new. My Mother started me collecting old coffee pots...the kind that made the coffee on top of the stove.I collect snowmen and Santas.Longaberger baskets. Are you sure if you start another collection that your cousin won't steal it also?

I collect items from Thrift shops, Flea Markets and Good-wills.
Am really choosy about purchases, and usually pay about a $1.00 an item or less, occasionally will pay about $5.00.
It's more like a game and challenge and a person has to know lots of info about the items being purchased.
Recently bought these items, some for gifts, some to keep.
Swarovski crystal miniatures: tea cup, tea pot, wine glass, clam w/pearl. In original boxes $5.00 or less each.
Antique silver whale charm for bracelet. $.50
Woodstock-ceramic-1972-Japan $.30
Whale Glass Paperweight. $1.00
2006 Baby's First Christmas Rattle(Globe) Hallmark new in Box. $.50
Precious Moments Coffee Mug-Jennifer-1982- $.50
Holly Hobby Egg,1970s-$.30
All the above are Christmas presents for friends and family who have collections or the items have special meaning to them. Sometimes I keep a few items for myself but I don't like dust collectors-that means I have to dust them.

Oh ...Go get him...Take something he values a lot from him and make it dissapear. He deserves to be cursed for life. He is evil and mean. He is going to be a controlling, abusive and obsessive person. Something is wrong with him. Anyway ...I know the feeling ..you can start collecting things that you like that brings special memories of places you have been, or moments you treasure ...like postcards, cookies recipes, dolls ...(from different states and countries where you have been)...flags ...(don't have to be big ones, just small ones like pins etc. I collect jade pieces...I also collect menus from restaurants ...(and throughout all these years I see how much costs have changed)...Collect things that means something to you.

You could collect banknotes (world paper money), because that's what I collect and that gives me a lot of satisfaction as I can enjoy the educational benefits of worldwide currency banknotes, and also exchange or trade them with collectors, buy them from dealers (sometimes) or from shops and I can also sell them decades later for more money to other collectors or even to investors. I have a collection of 17 thousand + different world banknotes and I am still adding more to it. I used to collect stamps, but I find larger-than-stamps banknotes to be more rewarding in experience than stamps or postcards.

Music... I have thousands of CD's, cassette tapes, LP's and 45's... not to mention mp3's.

I also have a good collection of books and movies (VHS and DVD).

I used to collect hockey cards and baseball cards and beer bottle caps... and I was into stamp collecting when I was around ten years old.

I collected little glass items. Basically whatever they sell. I had a little inch long glass kitty for example, lol. And those blown glass paper weights they sell at Pier One. I don't know how it started, but it just stuck and I gained a little collection. I like glass, I guess!
