That's a very bad approach. You should want to meet that special person, not to decide to get married. You are marrying a person, not a marriage.
Would you marry anyone? Don't settle for little. Wait for a special person to come along or try and get yourself out there, so you will be able to meet this special person.
Start dating people.

Umm...the modern way to meet women and THEN decide whether you want to marry them or not. Are prepared financially? Is this what you mean by "I have decided..."? Well, go to socail gatherings, coffee shops, clubs, whatever interests you. There's online dating, which seems pretty popular these days, but I don't recommend it too highly. I suggest going out and doing the things that interest you. Travel, meet lots of different people. Someone is bound to catch your eye and vice versa and if marriage is something you both feel is perfect, then get married. Don't marry the first girl you see--make the right decisions and still to your morals and values. Good luck!!

Get out and date! But do it not with marriage as a goal. Let things take their course and then marriage may fall in place. Marrying for the sake of marrying is a bad plan.

You might start by considering the women you have dated in the last year. Are any of them worth pursuing? If not, look at the women who are in your circle of friends. Any of these ladies look interesting? It's going to take time to find Miss Right; so be patient and enjoy the search!

Try to meet people who enjoy the same things as you. Make friends and then see what comes out of that relationship. I can't guarantee overnight success, but being friends with your wife is definitely the basis of a solid relationship.

honey how old are u?? you really need to just get out and meet new people and try not to talk marriage cause it might (More than likely) run them off major but i don't blame you for wanting to settle down an get married cause i want to get married as soon as i can when ever i find mister right!!

Laundramats, grocery stores, even the womens clothing dept of Walmart will work.
If you have a dog, walk it in the park. Women will approach you if you have a dog.
Take an evening class, learna musical instrument.
