THis is a strange thing, my wife is pregnant and she is starting to gain weight, crave food, that morning sickness thing. It's very odd, but I am doing the exact same thing. Vomiting every morning, gaining a lot of weight(I am a very healthy man who exercises daily, eats right, and cuts my tv time, doesnt drink beer, and doesnt sit around all day) and I am growing boobs. It's a scary thing knowing you have man boobs. Does any of you know what this means?

It means you are a good husband and very closely connected to your wife. This same thing happened to my husband who is a firefighter and very fit as well. I pulled a muscle later in my pregnancy and he was limping too. I vomited so bad my face looked covered in red spots, his face broke out too. It is called "sympathy pains etc." Its great because it just means you care so much about what she is dealing with that you are in a sense taking on some of her pain and issues. Its nothing to worry about, and don't worry my husband didn't have any wierd pains when my actual labor came. :)

Those are called sympathy symptoms. Alot of men have them when there wife is preggo. My hubby's friend was the same way..he had every symptom his wife had. They both gained the same amount of weight...about 30lbs. It's all psychological.

Some times men have sympathy pregnancy symptoms. Watch what you eat and talk to your wife a lot the better you understand her and the better you make her feel the better you will feel

You're just having sympathy pains. When my mom was pregnant with my little sister, my dad threw up every morning and was tired. My mom laughed because she didn't have morning sickness. lol.

your one of the few lucky men this happens to. its called sympathy pains. some men experience a little of what their wives go through during pregnancy. don't worry, it will be all over in 9 months. just be happy it doesn't actually come out of you =)

studies show that when a couple is close, they can both have the same sickness at the same time because their bodies are so intuned.Don't worry ,alot of men feel that way when their wives are pregnant.

You are having a sympathetic pregnancy. You subconciously feel bad for what she is going through so your body is going through it too.. You don't have to worry about popping out a kid though haha.
