b and d for in general ex 17 inch usualy has max 1240x 1080

Refresh rate is how often the screen is refreshed.
The number of pixels on the screen is the screen's resolution.
Don't know what a do pithc is (even if it was meant to be pitch).
The screen size is just that, usually measured in inches. This only includes the actual screen capable of displaying an image, and not the parts around that.
