I've been recieving harrassing emails for the past few weeks insulting me and calling me derogatory names like c*nt, b/tch, etc.

They have not made threats, but they keep insulting me. The email address is anonymous or fake so I can't identify the sender. But I want to find out who it is and press charges.

What can I do?

You report violations of the law to the police. Since it is not a case of immanent danger, call the non-emergency line. They MAY be able to determine the source.

Save all the emails and report it to the police. The police should be able to find out who it is. I would also recommend changing your email address. I know it's a pain, but it would give you piece of mind.
