I have received two so far and I don't think it is too early. In fact, the senders of the cards have now motivated me to get my butt in gear and get mine out! I am thankful for their postal reminder.

Three weeks ahead is not too early, I love getting them early just to know the Christmas spirit is alive and spreading. The spirit of Christmas is such a joy to share.

I received 2 cards today, but I sent my cards out the day after Thanksgiving, because of the bulk of mail that goes out during the holiday season.

No, I sent all my CHristmas cards yesterday, and most of the people I sent them to will recieve the cards today. I sent about 55 cards this year.

you'll want to diversify your portfolio with PS3's and XBox 360's. I sent mine out last week-- I had to let everyone know I moved, am getting divorced and am going back to my maiden name before they got THEIR cards out.
Otherwise, I usually shoot for the middle of December...
