I was getting ready to take the dog for a walk and happen to be standing by the front door. I looked up to see my husband's truck go by. I know it was his truck because he has a decal in the back window that only he would have- it was personally made for him with our daughters' names on it.

I watched him fly by- VERY FAST- like he couldn't get by the house fast enough. He's supposed to be out of town at work. I called his cell to ask why he was already off work and he said he was at work. I said "I just saw your truck" he said "No you didn't my truck is right here."

Last week, he had car trouble and I had to go pick him up- he was about 10 miles south of town. He works north of town. He said he was out there dropping a friend off, but now I'm wondering if that was true. He'd never mentioned this friend before, yet claimed he had given this friend rides home before.

We have a good marriage. We don't fight. Sex life is fine. But this seems odd. What do you think?

I do love him and I don't necessarily think he's cheating. I just think there's something odd going on. He's also not eating much lately and is losing weight. When I asked why he never eats, he always says he ate at work, but if that's true, he shouldn't be losing weight like he is...

he's not hungry and says he eats at work? AND he's losing weight? Maybe it's drugs.

First Off Don't Automatically Assume He's Cheating Without Knowing For A Fact That He Is, It Is Odd That You Seen His Truck Flying By When He Was Suppose To Be At Work, And That He Broke Down Giving A Friend That You Never Meet A Ride Home. Before You Start Getting Crazy ( And You Know What I Mean, Because I Have Been In Your Shoes Before, And We Are Females ) Ask Him What The Hell Is Going On, Why He Is Acting Differently. I'm Just Wondering Do You Love Him And Want To Be With Him, Because If You Do Then You And Him Need To Try To Work It Out, Or You Need To Decide If Your Going To Go Your Separate Ways. I Hope I Was Able To Help You.

I thin he might be cheating but everybody says you have to investigate more ... i would follow him around and see whats going on and i would check cell phone records also the calls that last to long, also if they come out private
Men will tell you anything in order for you not to get suspicious but they end up getting caught one way or the other. What kid of job does Ur hubby have? and like the other girl said don't call the cell when hes at work call him direct.. if hes not there it will go voice mail or if someone picks up they will let you know if hes there or not.. you always gotta be 10 steps ahead of them...

Has he ever been in trouble with drugs before? You might want to consider that this might not be an affair, but a drug issue. Losing weight, lying about where he is, being in a different part of town...it could fit.

Sounds like there is some hanky panky going on here. Sounds like you would be a good candidate to contact the tv program "Cheaters" ...There is definitely either another "woman" or another "man" ...Yeah...I've seen "married" men with kids and going tochurch every week cheating on their spouses with other men. They have a "secret" other life. Keep your eyes wide open ...and start lining up a marriage counselor and a lawyer.

I would call his work number and not his cell. That would give you the answer you're looking for.

In the meantime, pay no attention to Bloom's answer. She obviously has never made a good choice with men with a childish statement like that.

hes lying....that would be what i would think... trail him sometime....just dont get caught. i had to do this one time and followed my husband to a motel where he met his fat *** x wife....i hope i am wrong, if he has never lied to you before and you think you can tell by his nervousness....confront him and look him in the eyes. if you all usually eat together then ask him why you dont have that family dinner any more. some men you can just confront them. my x just a compulsive liar. use your woman smarts.

It does sound strange, but I like to make sure of what's going on before I confront anyone. I would let it go for a week or so and then follow him. See for yourself what he is up to if anything.
