If you have wire rack shelves: Put a piece of sheet metal across the top shelf of your fridge leaving about a 1/2 inch gap all around. Then put your beer on the top shelf and all the rest of the stuff on the lower shelves. This will keep your beer nice and frosty and everything else will not be frozen. This works because refrigerators with wire rack shelving have only one duct to bring cold air into the refrigerator compartment and it is at the top of the compartment. A sheet metal partition effectively reduces the airflow to the lower area of the fridge keeping the top shelf 5 - 10 degrees cooler than the lower area. If you have solid shelves, you gotta get a second fridge or you could try plugging up some of the lower duct outlets.
