Talia- 10-my favorite on your list- short, sweet and feminine
Sadie-4- cutely old fashioned, but almost too cute
Celeste- 5, right in the middle
Brooke-8- not too common, easily identifiable
Keeleigh- 3- too trendy, spelling too convoluted
Milana- 4- different, maybe too different, like a car name
Tessa- 7- sweet name
Anabelle- 3- a cow's name
Isabella- 8- classic but very common
Alexa-5, ok

Ok, top 10 with explanations :D
Milana - 1 .. it stands out, and is elegant and pretty, I love this one the best
Talia - 2 .. it's exotic sounding, and can go with traditional middle names as well
Ayanna - 3 .. It sounds very retro-sheek, and fun, yet flows for lack of better terns, properly, it rolls off the tounger very nicely
Callissta - 4 .. I really like how you are spelling it this way, and I think it isn't so formal as the other spelling alternative
Alexa - 5 .. It sounds very European, and the name always makes me think of energetic girls
Anabelle / Isabella - 6 & 7 .. I know, two in one, but they are both in very close proximity to eachother in my ranking, and are completely romantic-classic
Tessa - 8 .. It makes me think of a fun-loving horseback riding, sporty person with a sweetness they show to those they love
Brooke - 9 .. More modernish, but is starting to become popular and might fade in with the names of her generation, but is very cool I think all the same
Keeleigh - 10 .. I keep saying it two ways, and feel embarrassed that I am, (Kee-leigh and Keel-eigh) both ways I keep thinking eitherway, it's a awesome name
