i have noticed a lot of women in their 20's and 30's who wear high heels. without shoes on i am 5'5 and a half. for some reason, i am looking up at a lot of women. without heels on, how tall are you ladies?????? admit it, you're not that tall!!!!!!

I'm 5'2" and I never wear high heels, I don't even wear footwear at all. I live in the Netherlands which is the country with the tallest people; most 12/13-year olds are already as tall as I am. Still I would never torture my feet with high heels just to gain a little hight, heels are so horrible! I wouldn't wear them if I were only 4'2"!

I'm 5'8, which is exactly why I dont wear high heels. I'm tall enough without them. I did go on a blind date with a man who told me over the phone that he was 5'6, 5'7. I had some shoes with 3 inch heels on them and I decided to wear them because I wasnt going to be *that* much taller than him. When he stood up to greet me I realized he had lied (I knew he couldnt have been any taller than 5'3.. he later admitted to being 5'2)

I'm average (5'6") and I don't like heels. But I do cheat with a good pair of workboots my nephew has dubbed my "Herman Munster shoes".
