i like helping people, surgeries, paper work surprisingly, being in charge, dont want to go to school too long, want to make good money, like answering to someone else. like fast pace atmosphere any ideas.

Be a social worker. You help people everywhere and it feels good. You can also be a teacher, maybe a health teacher.

Take an aptitude test in a psychological testing center to assess your likes and dislikes. Some are given free at community health centers or just pay for a small fee for the testing materials and evaluation of a resident professional psychologist.
Then pursue the resulting field, may it be in medicine, management, sales, etc. Just be honest when answering the questions. It's your life and career that's on the line. The good thing is that, you get to enjoy that particular future job.

Get all your general credits in the first 2 years and explore different areas. You might be surprised at what you find you like.

You could always wait, talk to your guidance in college, and choose a major in a year or two when you've taken "elective" courses to explore your options...
