Heck yes it does.
where to begin....
you'll never get a full nights sleep for a long time
you won't ever have a shirt that doesn't have stains on it or boogers on them
your stomach muscles won't ever be the same. Trust me
your boobs may start to sag.
Unless you have a nanny, you won't get much personal time to yourself
your house will never be spotless
have any money in your savings account? count yourself lucky
you will find that at times you are scrambling for a sitter for the kids.
if you want to go out with friends, you'll have to figure out what to do with the kids
get used to running a few minutes behind.
also, toss some half eaten chicken nuggets and fries on the floor of your car along with some spilt juice and you'll blend right in with other parents.

Not all women are the same. Unfortunately, some never change for the better at all. But, having a baby made me want to go to school, get nothing lower than an A in all my classes, educate myself about society, school, & life in general....and be a good person. And because of my son, I've done those things plus more.

She has a new person in her life who she is fully responsible for and she has to watch her actions more often now to make sure she is not a bad example for her child.
And she will get bigger during pregnancy.
Huge transition.

Well, she lives for her children. Every waking second is devoted to them and their needs, especially when children are younger.

Can't you guess!?
Sleepless nights + continual feeding, washing cleaning cooking (when you don't feel like it), teaching, worrying, teenagers, more worrying, empty nest syndrome, worrying, grandchildren, tiredness; for example!
