Those were game sequels (originally F/SN was a video game, or more to be more precise a Visual Novel).

Hollow Atraxia takes place shortly after the original game and Zero is a prequel that takes place during the prior Holy Grail War.

At this time there are no announced plans of making anime versions of these games.
