All foods can be considered diet food depending on your diet.. However my favorite foods are healthier version of my old favorites that how I am able to stay fit.
And I love fruits, so I can have a fruit salad, fruit smoothie, of piece of fruit any time of day.

I suggest Tea with no sugar and a baked potato with no salt.
Basically, train your tastebuds to enjoy all foods without all the extras. After awhile, this new habit replaces the old ones and you can honestly enjoy eating in good health.

No such thing really. But, then, I can't tell the difference between light sour cream and the real thing. Also, the low fat salad dressings have gotten so much better. I like celery sticks with low fat cottage cheese.

I really don't "Diet" per se, just make some lifestyle changes.
Lately I can't get enough of Sweet potatoes and ironically, when I eat them I don't crave ice cream on a daily basis. go figure
