After we dated for 6 months, I wanted him to move into my house. He would not. He had lived in his house a lot longer than I had in my house, so I sold my house and moved into his.
We are still there almost 5 years later, and I took some of the house money, bought 5 acres for 40K, and it is now worth 120K, so I am happy and he is happy, and it worked out great!

I just want to say thank you for this e-fed. I would have NEVER thought I could get so emotional about the end of something like this, but I really am. It feels almost as though an era were ending, and I know that the Yahoo Answers Wrestling Section will NEVER be the same. I wasn't the most consistent member of the YWSE, and there were times when I would retire and then make returns, times when I joined other e-fed promotions, and times when I just didn't care, but YWSE is my home. It always will be. I made a lot of friends and enjoyed the random nights of staying up all night in the chatroom acting like silly, immature kids. It was fun and I feel like I've known most of you for years. We all have one amazing thing in common - We love wrestling. Whether we watch the WWE or TNA, Shimmer or ROH, or whatever else, we love it - it's our passion. Some of us wanted to be real-life wrestlers, some of us wanted to be creative writers, and some of us just loved watching. Either way, it's almost as though we became family. There's way too many people to thank and I don't want to leave anyone out, so if you were in the YWSE, thank you. I'm gonna miss y'all and I'm gonna miss this business. For the last time, JamieRKO has left the building.

We decided that she should handle the finances as I, because of my failing memory couldn't be trusted to do so. I'd made an error which had turned into a 3000$ error. it took a bit of agony and a lot of tears but it's turned out for the best. We've gotten back into the black instead of living from paycheck to paycheck, I don't have to wonder if I've added correctly or if I've missed anything and I don't have to fear the mail coming in. She's happy now because there's money in the savings account and is keeping me within my budget.
It was a good thing overall.

I had to live with the fact that he could not be with me all the time. He was in the closet, i was out, so i had to behave like a friend, not as a partner in his social circles. The end result was that I was frustrated. I felt as if I was not the right person for him because of this, and while I never pressurised him to come out, i knew it would take its toll one day. Which it did, when we fell apart.

To keep my gender from our daughter when she was born, just about the only decision I really regretted my entire life.
Outcome: When my daughter turned 18 she and I were discussing personal secrets and I figured my promise had been kept.......outcome, I finally transitioned as I my FtM in denial spouse and I discussed 18 years before, we divorced without rancor and my daughter (who is practically my clone) accepted me.
Yeah, my life was too weird to imagine for most folks.

Compared to some, mine might not seem to be big...but...here goes..
We have two cars, one we both love and one we both hate. In order to decide who drives what to work, we decided we would rotate weeks, one would drive one car one week, the next week the other car...
We also compromised on a deeper level, to communicate better, on both ends, because communication is not one sided

Location to get a house. Closer to work, closer to downtown, closer to friends etc.... She wanted closer to her work. I wanted closer to my work since it is closer to our frineds.
We compromised that I was right and she was wrong. LOL
Now I get to make all the evening meal since she is always later getting home. grrrrrr..

She got married to her baby daddy because of insurance issues with her cancer at the time. We are still together, but it is getting more and more difficult everyday.
