This is actually very common. Due to the growing baby you have pressure on your bladder. For the time being I would wear a pad. And do some kiegal exercises. That helps a lot. If it keeps happening you could have a small urinary tract infection. Your best bet is to do the exercises. If you don't know how to start. While you are going to the bathroom let it flow out while in mid stream hold it. The muscles you are contracting and the muscles that will help you to not have accidents and it also helps when you are giving birth to your precious one. Good Luck! & Congratulations!

I have no idea about peeing and not knowing. I do know that since I have been pregnant peeing has been my biggest problem. Whether it was waking me up at all hours of the night, or keeping me running to the bathroom all day. The only time I pee on myself, and when I see pee I mean full blown pee on myself is when i throw up. And I cant hold it I cant help it it just comes out. Now that I think about it I probably do pee a little and dont know because my undies are always very wet and Ive always thought it was my discharge. Either way there is nothing we can really do about it. My docotor told me to do kegel excersises. to strengthen my muscles it hasnt helped. Good luck.

You were probably unaware because you didn't need to use the bathroom at that moment.
It is normal and can happen more frequently and in larger amounts as the pregnancy progresses.
You could wear panty-liners or lite pads if you like, I did form 7 months on!
Baby can press down on the bladder causing incontinence, laughter can, sneezing, coughing, and probably a lot of things I haven't thought of.
Good luck!

It's very common for women to experience incontinence during and even AFTER pregnancy. I would suggest you go your kegels everyday! You might also want to start wearing incontinence pads just so that you stay dry.

Yes, it's normal. Your bladder has a ton of pressure on it at the moment, so it just released some urine. I had the same problem at the end of my pregnancy. Just buy some of those pantyliners. They are thin and not too uncomfortable.

Yeah. That's normal too. :) Don't worry. You can always add a little pad or something. Usually just little amounts will leak throughout the day. Don't worry about it. :)
