It depends on what the trouble is. If I caused it myself, I'm damn determined to get out of it myself. If it's caused by outside situations/other people, I'll talk to my boyfriend or his mom (I live with his family) since they give the best advice. Usually vocalizing the problem allows me to figure out a solution.
