It is probably just morning sickness. Not all people get it and I had it around that time with my third baby. My first I had no morning sickness, my second only some at about 8-10 weeks. I think it is perfectly normal. Someone gave me a tip that seemed to work. Before you sit up in bed in the morning eat some saltine crackers *probably like 5 or so* Then get up slowly and start your day, it really helped me. There is also a type of candy you can buy called "preggie pop drops" or they come in lollipops too....they worked for me and are really good! Congrats on the baby and Good luck!

Morning sickness is more commonly thought of as Anytime Sickness. Meaning that you don't only get it in the morning, but whenever your body feels sick.
I know many people who started getting "Morning" sickness later in their pregnancy. I actually had a friend who gave birth a couple of weeks ago and she started getting morning sickness in the beginning of her third trimester.
Don't worry, it's completely normal to feel horrible and sick during pregnancy.

I did and this is my first. I know that around this time (12 wks) your hormones are starting to get close to their peak so it could just be that and how your body reacts to these changes. Just remeber that once you get to hold that little baby in your arms it will have all been worth it in the end.
Congrats and good luck on a safe and healthy pregnancy and baby.
