The people who elected them, because corporations dont appoint them to office in the government. They may flood them with support money, but they dont appoint them, only the people do.

The answer should be C.-WE THE PEOPLE, but until we all take our country back, get rid of the politicians at every level who are corrupt, ineffective or just not doing what we elected them to do.
Until then, they'll continue to answer to B and D.
