You're looking for financing on a thirty four year old mobile home ???? You may as well stop looking. It's not going to happen. Mobile home financing is difficult to get when the homes are of more recent vintage, and this dinosaur isn't going to qualify, no matter how healthy it appears.

Not going to happen, 1st problem is, its not real estate, its personel prop and its all most 35 years old. The seller would have to carry the loan for you.

Sorry, this isn't going to happen. A trailer that old literally has a negative value, the value is the cost of removing it and turning it to landfill.
