Dell.com
AlienWare.com
VoodooPC.com
The last two are high-end manufacturers, so use them only if you want an expensive piece of equipment. Dell has high-end models as well (the XPS range), but it has more reasonably priced stuff as well.

you dont really custom built usually there is some parts available to change that is the only custom that you can do

You can go to www.dell.com and build one yourself with what specs you want. For a cheaper (most of the time) alternative, try www.ebay.com for different types of laptops that closely mirrors what you want.
Or buy a bareback laptop off ebay then buy parts you want, i.e. video card, memory- dvd burner, etc.
Good luck.

I would suggest not owning a computer at all, unecessary expense, and in this day and age, who needs a computer!
