it is applying aesops fable about the fox that lost his tale to the circumsticion of children.
the fable, basically says if something bad happens to someone , they might try to persuade others or inflict on others the same fate in order to feel less insecure about themselves.

Someone who was confused as to what message they are trying to put out.
My first though was they are against fur trapping of red fox.
But the ending talking about circumcision. I think that is the message. It just needs to be done in a different format. It may be for someone against circumcision.

It is a story to convince people not to have their infant boys circumcised. Just because you may have had the procedure, doesn't mean that your children should have it done.
The author of the film wants people to think about it, before they have it done to their children.
That's my take on it.

At first I thought it was a conservation video about foxes.
I'm not quite sure what it means but my guess is that someone is trying to use a fox's tail being cut off as a metaphor for circumcision.
In my opinion a tail to a fox is more important than a foreskin to a man.

1. The fable is meant to teach children that it is okay to be different.
2. The video's producer was using the fable as propaganda against circumcision.

It's a stupid ad to try to convince people not to have their infant sons circumsized. Ignore it. Doctors will tell you that circumcision is necessary for cleanliness and to avoid cancer.
