What do you now do and where do you want to go?
My first suggestion would be looking into what I call the Outdoor Living Expereince. Since homeowners today will probably hold their homes longer due to the downturn in the market, they will probably look to create a better outdoor living experience.
This could include, outdoor kitchens, pergulas, outdoor living spaces, stone walls, pavers...etc.
If you need more help, you may want to talk to your suppliers that may have more opportunites for you.
One supplier I know and trust is John Deere Landscapes.

there is alot of competion out there for maintance,,,the crews are large and plenty...got to have the tools for the job,,meaning to keep up you also need a good repair guy...cuz with broke or not running equipment can mean alot of guys standing around on the clock ...so first i would find the repair guy...then the equipment and transportation of the crews....so again the MECHANIC guy is your most important employee....carefull to not get a tweeker,,, who tears your stuff up...if your talking weed eat mow and blow
not much experience needed but dependable employees is a must...dont overlook females for jobs as some are just as hard working as the men but usually more dedicated to a good employer.....due to so much competion i would also look for a edge like throw in a tree specialist or a pool guy or gal and get those accounts with the lawn that way it would be a one crew job for the homeowner...no pool on wendsday lawn guy friday tree guy next week thing.
I cant stress enough the mechanic,,,been on plenty jobs where down equipment costs ....YOU .. ...and know it will happen so have back ups

What is limiting your expansion?
Are you limited because you cant find more accounts?
Are you limited because a possible expansion would not be profitable to you?
Perhaps marketing your business to find more clients would help you make the expansion.
Perhaps concentrating on commercial accounts rather than residential accounts would be better suited for a larger crew.
Some more information might lead to a better answer.
Let me know. I would be glad to try to help you.

there's a asserting appropriate to the yank corporation form: somebody opens up a undeniable variety of save. It does properly. so they open up a 2nd save, that still does properly. Then they open up yet another save, and yet another, until there are too many, and that all of them go out of corporation. i could no longer care much less approximately Starbuck's issues. the actual undertaking is that some bigger-up government made the alternative to open up too many shops, and now the persons who would be harm are the staff getting laid-off. that particular same exec is now probable getting bonuses for effectively firing lots of workers.
