at Waco or Ruby Ridge,,,okay with liberals and asubmitted by NBC as their own doing..and waterboarding being a battle cry today from whiners with nothing but hostility themselves??

It was okay with the liberals because the were"radical" Christians, who the liberals think are more dangerous than Islamic terrorists.

They are two different cases. Waterboarding is torture. And remember the the cases you are referring to http://www.guardian.co.uk/usa/story/0,,2223738,00.html involve SUPECTS. i.e. they are innocent. If they are tried in a civilian court, that is a different matter (and even then, torture would be wrong).
The deaths of innocents in the two cases you describe was wrong, and something that people tried to avoid. Anyway, loads of 'liberals' were angry about the deaths in these cases as well.
Put it this way, with waterboarding, would you think it would be acceptable if, when you were abroad on holiday, and were taken in for questioning, and in the process of questioning, in order to encourage you to answer, you were subject to waterboarding?
