The video link was interupted by a short commercial while the Technicians tried to fix the problem. It wasn't technically difficult because the satellite was still in position.
Sam, the Director, was calmly chewing some heavy duty gum while his assitant Vicki did all the worrying....work in the Live TV News media can be hazardous at the best of times but Sam was happy with his chosen profession. The intermittent chaos was sometimes a calayst for raucous laughter which he found diffused the situation nicely.
All he could see now was Queen Elizabeth quietly sipping a cup of tea on one screen and Michael Parkinson alternately playing with his ear piece and straightening his tie on another screen. He was obviously tense but handling the situation quite well. The next cross was to be to Liverpool in 15minutes for a sound bite with Ringo Starr at the opening night of the new Beatles documentary..."all you need is a yellow submarine, Eleanor Rigby".
The humourous juxtaposition of the two iconic figures of UK history was not lost on Sam. One had lasted the test of time and the other was the Queen. He laughed to himself as Vicki shouted into the microphone......."come in Michael, sound check Mr Parkinson...ooh bugger still not coming through..."

TECHNICALLY I don't work for the NEWS MEDIA. I am a free lance reporter, photographer, videographer, and cat lover. I was in the pub by design when the CHAOS began. First there was the sound of loud LAUGHTER from a group sitting at the back of the pub. Then someone yelled "You can't make fun of QUEEN ELIZABETH like that. That is so disrespectful. They ought to lock you up." To which the offender replied "Ahh, why don't you mind your own business and just drink your CUP OF TEA. Who appointed you to the Queens' guard?" More laughter followed, but then things turned ugly as the tea drinker went after the disrespecter of the Queen and a huge melee ensued.

I of course I recorded all this on video tape, took some nifty stills, and conducted several eye witness interviews long before reporters from any other news outlet arrived. Even the Star doesn't beat me to a good story.

That's why I hang around down in LIVERPOOL, especially at the clubs where RINGO STARR is known to hang out. That's my third scoop this week. Don't you just love the Beatles!!!

Technically the team at the news media department are responsible for the chaos. This is because their loud laughter became as popular as Queen Elizabeth. Later that day the team discussed it over a cup of tea when Jason proclaimed his support for Liverpool. Ringo Starr joined him becuase he also was a great supporter.

Techinically the news media just cause chaos, laughter and the need for Queen Elizabeth to have a cup of tea. And during the time it took for that to happen Liverpool had welcomed Ringo Starr off of the train.

Technically, the news media loves chaos. People want laughter. If they could photograph Queen Elizabeth drinking a cup of tea whilst naked in a Palace jacuzzi full of butter, they would. It sell papers. All the way to Liverpool.

Just ask Ringo Starr.

Technically the News Media were not wrong for causing the chaos today, the laughter from the crowd was caused by Queen Elizabeth, as she spilt a cup of tea over Liverpool's own Ringo Starr.

lol I know I know its awful
