if you have some saline drops, you can drop a small amount in his nose. then w/ the booger sucker they have, suck them out. works great for my son who is 5 months. plus his dr told me to try it.

try some baby vicks rub also to help him out.

Nasal Aspirators? WTF, that must be an american thing, sounds like and as all the other guys have confirmed, torture for the poor kid. Plus, it's not gonna get rid of his runny nose, his glands will still keep producing the mucus at a rapid rate.

Use baby wipes to wipe his nose and keep on top of it. He will be able to breath though his mouth, no matter how much his nose clogs up so dont worry about that.

Don't use tissue as this will make his nose really sore after a while.

The greenish tint is nothing to worry about.

Hope the little mite gets well soon. ;)

Don't worry, teething isn't a "milestone" for babies. It doesn't matter what age they get them. Some babies are actually born with teeth, some still don't have them on their first birthday. Both are totally normal. My little one is nearly 9 months, she got her first one 2 weeks ago and her 2nd one is just about to push through. Trust me, you're not missing out! She has been waking every time we put her down ALL night. She is okay during the day apart from 1 or 2 cranky days. It's not fun, but I guess it's worse for them. Don't worry they'll come when they come. Enjoy it while you can, lol!

If it's really crusty (gross, I know) then I use one drop of "Little Noses" nasal spray just to clear it up. Then you use a nose bulb. This is torture to the infant, but the snot has to be sucked out. It takes a few tries.

Use a nose syringe. He will not like it, but at least you know that he can breath.
