I'm most loving and forgiving when no one is around.

No, I'm usually more impatient and hostile during the holidays. I don't like being alone and each holiday I am reminded that I have no significant other to share them with. My attitude abruptly changes about the middle of January because I feel that all the holiday well wishes have been stuffed until the next year. The hostility I hold about holidays doesn't just go towards others. I am harder on myself as I reminisce about the mistakes I've made during the year.

It depends which 'holidays' you mean....I have holy days throughout the year, so I am (or try to be) kind and forgiving all year round.

I have to admit, though, the ridiculous fuss and hype made about christmas (ironically, usually by people who aren't 'christian' in the true sense of the word) irritates me a little.....

No, I HATE the holidays, I'm a raging b*tch during the holidays. So it's actually quite the opposite.

No. Holidays are stressful and I get upset more easily. I usually end up yelling at people.

Nope. I try to be kind all year round.

If anything, the closer it gets to the holidays the more stressed out I get and more likely to snap or be rude.

No more than usual, but I'm trapped in the house with more relatives that I can't get away from. I tend to look for dark quiet places......

It does tend to make one self think...for what is THE holiday? Can you say...CHRISTmas? JESUS is the reason for the season...all other paganistic holidays...(besides Judaism of course) are worthless.
