Hi, Aww i feel so sorry for you. What an awful situation. Her boyfriend is intimidating you. Have you been to the local housing association and asked them how you could get a swap, you would have to tell them of your situation. Living in fear is terrible, bullying is done by cowards. Just keep your head down and please try and get on with your lives you should not have to live in fear. Good Luck.

Who is it that beat you up,and who is she,is she the one whos boyfriend will beat yours up?
Is she the one that beat you up? If so,why? Not that it matters why,she did it and shouldn't have.
But you must report her anyway, and who's to say her man will beat yours up anyway? Maybe you are just assuming that! And even if you're not,I'd still report her and also tell the police you were threatened not to report it.
She cant go around beating people up,and who knows who else she might beat up along the way, that might not be so lucky as you to be still alive!
You say you can hardly walk, what a vicious nasty b*tch she is that did this to you,and who's to say she wont attempt it again or attack your house whilst your son is in it! People like her need reporting,I doubt she or her fella will try it again when they know it's been logged with the police.
You can have charges against this woman for bodily harm, not something she will be keen to repeat if she knows she could end up in prison, the first house the police would go to is hers if anything else happened to you.
Do this now before all your bruises and injuries heal, the police will take photo's of this evidence for possible court proceedings.
Be strong and do this, for yourself, and your son.

Sorry, I read your report, but you can and should go to the police. Wish I was there with you, I would beat the crap out of him - send him to Austin Texas. But really, the police have ways to deal with these situations that you and I can never imagine. Remember they see everything and can deal with anything. Get in touch with them, soon - right now and file charges. Get this dirtball out of your life. There are those men who end up killing their girlfriends/wives and the children too. We men should never lay a hand on a woman, NEVER!

i'm so sorry to hear that i don't know what drives people to this kind of thing, i really think you should go back to the police for the good of you, and your child, and tell them about the threats against your boyfriend so you can get some sort of restraining order.
Also if that doesnt work out i would leave and move away asap.

The reason we have a police force is supposedly so we have law and order. Go to them and press charges. If your assailant's boyfriend then beats yours up, go again ... You have the law on your side (unless you were robbing their house or something!)
You can get protection from them ... and you can get the local authority to rehouse you without them knowing where you are.

Go on and tell the police. They can help you more than anyone else can. Also you can always get a restraining order or something filed so that you cannot be harmed.

leave and the next time he beats you go to the local police!! have a restraining order put against him and go somewhere where he can't find you or your child. Its scary but do it for yourself if not do it for your child! you don't want a child to grow up in a environment like this. leave and seek a better life!

I think she's saying a girl beat her up and now she thinks the girls boyfriend is going to beat her b/f up. Don't drop the charges. Lock her *** up- get a protection order- then if her boyfriend starts with your boyfriend- he can go to jail too- for assault and for harassing a witness.
If you don't press charges- she's got you where she wants you- scared and willing to do what they say.

Whatever they do, its not your fault, its theirs.
You need to do whatever it takes to show them that its in their best interest to leave you and yours alone.
One other thing, her boyfriend isn't innocent, if he has threatened violence you can report him for that. Have a witness.
At times like this you need your friends and family to back you up.
