Looking up to the sky is looking "outwards", away from you.
Talking to God is conversing with your inner voice; turning towards and looking with-in yourself; being one with the Magnificence that is in you, the Magnificence that is You.
God cannot be observed because the process of observation itself requires looking outwards. This will definitey cause the sky to be empty.
How can you find Him outside when He is inside?
Comment: When someone says "There is no God", that someone don't believe in himself, in what he is and in what he can become. He and God is One. To deny God is to deny own's voice, truths and existence.

Well taken out of context it could mean a lot of things. If its from a non-religious they are questioning the exsistence of God. If its from a believer, they might say the sky is not heaven, but God surrounds all of us.

It mans that the person's prayers remain unanswered-- and as a result, the existence of God is doubted. It also indicates that the person has miscontrued the nature of God and God's relationship to finite reality.

That god isn't answering. Likely because god doesn't exist.
