It is disrespectful, but many guys (especially teens) feel the need to criticise others in order to feel better about what they have.
Being uncircumcised is not bad. Researching it can make you understand it more and thus feel better about it.
Circumcision has become less common. Circumcision rates were as high as 90% back in the 1960s and 1970s (that's partly why today's adults are so... brainwashed, I supposed you could say, about thinking that circumcision is better) but they have fallen to as low as 14% in some states. Here are the statistics:
http://www.cirp.org/library/statistics/USA/staterates2004/
The USA is the last developed nation doing it to a large number of newborns without religious or medical needs. (Europeans, Latin Americans, Japanese, and most Australians, Canadians, and Asians don't circumcise):
http://www.circumstitions.com/Maps.html
In a medical study, it was found that females are more likely to hit orgasm with an uncircumcised man:
http://www.healthcentral.com/drdean/408/60750.html
The lubricated foreskin (on the inside... like your eyelids) slides up and down during sex and masturbation to stimulate the head (which is why you don't hear of uncircumcised guys needing lube to masturbate).
http://www.cirp.org/pages/anat/
http://net.indra.com/~shredder/intact/anatomy/index.html
Studies have found that circumcision reduces sensitivity (this article also mentions how it has lost popularity in the USA in recent times):
http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,285532,00.html
And despite being more sensitive, uncircumcised guys still last in the same six minute range (average) that circumcised guys do:
http://www.blackwell-synergy.com/doi/abs/10.1111/j.1743-6109.2005.00070.x
Circumcision makes masturbation more difficult:
http://www.blackwell-synergy.com/doi/abs/10.1111/j.1464-410X.2006.06646.x
Which makes sense, that's how circumcision was promoted in the USA:
http://english.pravda.ru/science/health/27-03-2006/77873-circumcision-0
Increases erectile dysfunction rates:
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/sites/entrez?cmd=Retrieve&db=PubMed&list_uids=14979200&dopt=Abstract%7C
If too much skin is removed in circumcision, it can make the penis smaller since the penis needs some skin to expand during an erection:

http://www.altermd.com/Penis%20and%20Scrotal%20Surgery/buried_penis.htm
Circumcision does not completely stop penile cancer. The American Cancer Society has already confirmed the myth that circumcision = no cancer.
http://www.cancer.org/docroot/CRI/content/CRI_2_4_2X_Can_penile_cancer_be_prevented_35.asp
A study that was just announced yesterday on MSNBC and Reuters found that a study in the United States found that circumcision does not protect American men and women from HIV or AIDS:

"but uncut men get a bad name just cause they have a turtle neck" -No they don't. The most common thing I hear about circumcision is the people extremely against it who want it completely banned and would probably press abuse charges on parents who have it done to their children. ect, ect. At this point in my life, I don't care, it was done before I could feel it and everything still works, so I don't really have a problem. Also cut or uncut, if a guy looks like a slob with clothes on, it will probably only get worse when they come off. I didn't think uncut guys were considered any less clean than cut guys.

This happens in America, with girls saying that because they know no better, and circumcised guys saying it because they are jealous!
It is rude but people will be rude when they are trying to make themselves feel better about the fact they are missing part of their penis, or took away part of the penis of their kid.
I have asked some young uncut guys here (where they are in the norm) and they don't know those expressions. OK so it can look kinda like an anteater. I think it's cute.

People (especially children) tease other people for any reason or no reason. Kids get teased for being smart, for having strong bodies, for wearing glasses or not wearing glasses, or anything else that the other kids can think of to tease them about, even if, like having intact genitals, they are teasing about something which is actually markedly superior to the alternative.
Teasing hurts, whether or not it is about something which is a real problem.
The truth is that no matter how it may look to some hyper-critical eyes looking for a reason to tease, the intact penis just plain works better than a cut penis. So the intact guys can deal with it by reminding themselves how much more pleasure they have from their penis than the teasers can possibly have with their mutilated members.

Cut people never have the special feeling at the penis as uncut people do. Uncut penis might not look good as a cut one, but uncut is more sensible.

Penises vary. Some are "neater" than others. There are plenty of uncircumcized men who have little or no extra skin, and there's nothing hanging or flapping at all. I grew up in England in the seventies, so I saw plenty of uncircumsized penises as a teenage girl. I only ever saw one "flapper" and it wasn't that bad. I think this a bit of a myth.
Yeah, it WAS the seventies:)

It's not really that bad. What's really bad is their attitude to tease you as if they have the most perfect body by being a cut. Nobody's perfect cut or uncut. We need to respect people.

Like all bullies, they're insecure and immature.
I'm uncut but I've never dealt with any namecalling about my penis.

Sticks and stones.
I'd rather be called an anteater than "mutilated", "cut", or "snipped".
Technically uncircumsized penises should be referred to as "natural", "intact" or "Gods perfect creation".
