Computer WifFi Windows Vista?

We have 2 pc's, one in the den, and my parents have one in their bedroom. If they know my pc/network user name and password to log on to computer, do they automatically have access to anything on my hard drive? Can they check my email if I am logged on to my Yahoo acct?? If I click on network I can see their computer log on screen, but I dont know their user name or password, but they know mine, Thanks for any help

For the most part, if a computer administrator knows your password, he or she can open your account and see everything that is there.
