As I understand it that is the new norm to have a law suit. So lets sue the hell out of the XMAS crowd for they are offensive.

You don't get to sue just because something offends you. You only get to sue if you've been damaged in some way, or if there is a violation of the law. Neither is the case here. I'm not even going to get into the long history of the use of the word Xmas, or the fact that X as used in the word is a traditional symbol for the word Christ.

You are showing your ignorance of your own religion. The term Xmas was created to remind people of the cross (thats what the X is for), reminding them of the christian reason for the season.
Don't ya feel kinda stupid now? I mean, really.....

Our former pastor did a sermon years ago on why XMAS wasn't offensive. Unfortunately I don't remember all of it, but it had to do with the Greek X.
