Actually you can, it may be a bit of an aquired taste. But I love to go camping, not cabin or RV camping, but hiking and camping outdoors in beautiful parks. If you wake up on the ground and have absolutely no way to get back to your 'real life' then it is definately out of your head. I find that a few days in the bush living on instinct and getting back to yourself makes in impossable to thing about all your problems and troubles. Because really you can't do anything about them at the time. I guess you have to like hiking in the outdoors to appreciate that.

I wish I could just get on a plane or a train and just veg. Listen to my ipod and write letters. My life is stressful (because I make it that way) and I need some release.

good question, i think off that all the time since she dump me last year and I wish i could just take my brain out and put it somewhere so i can take rest from all these life worries but i don't know how that will happen.
