Well...............(this is true)
I'm at work right!
A customer just came in screaming and shouting at me because their printer is not back from repair!
I calmly explained that the guarantee is with HP not us and that they have got it and being how Spanish are (I'm living in Spain at the mo) it will come back when they feel like it!
He then proceeds to scream a bit more and demand that he wants it back and will take it to some one else to fix!
I explained that anybody else will charge him and that we are doing this as an act of courtesy and are not charging him anything even though we have to pay for couriers!
His wife then came storming into the shop and apologised (whilst he was still screaming at me lol) and dragged him out!!
lol
My blood is pumping! I would have hit him if my boss had not been here!
I finish in 15 mins and am going straight to a bar!!
