I have always heard that if you did an exercise routine before you got pregnant, then it is safe to continue it during the pregnancy. But, now is not the time to start a new strenuous routine. I used to run 2 mile 6 days a week, but now walk a half hour every day with 5 pound weights. What you have described above though doesn't seem anything that could really hurt you. Just make sure that you listen to your body. When you start to get warm and out of breath, take a break. Remember, your body can cool down but the baby can't.

Congratulations and good luck

If these are things that you have normally done prior to pregnancy, you should be fine to continue these exercises. Always mention it to your doc, especially when doing something new. If you go to a gym, consult with a trainer for a specific exercise program. :)

The better shape you're in, the better you'll cope with delivery, and the faster you'll recover afterwards.

ASK YOUR DOCTOR! usually light exercise is encouraged during pregnancy, the key being not to push yourself past your prepregnancy workout. if you didnt run 3 miles a day before you were pregnant, nows not the time to start. as long as you have no kinda health issues, i'm sure your doc will encourage exercise.

as long as you're not any more feeling hungry, it sounds like you're eating sufficient. you somewhat are not "eating for 2" till you're on your 2d trimester. the baby is so tiny contained in the first and does take a number of your foodstuff as food, yet no longer that a lot. you should devour a style of healthful ingredients although. infant needs food from diverse places. :o) Congrats!
