I thought there were some good puzzle games. No one has listed any.

technically any of them can. Anything from building model planes to playing Minesweeper on your computer (God I love that game).

In all honesty though.. just getting out and getting some exercise as well as eating healthy will help as much as anything else. Also, practice memory techniques such as working on recall by rethinking through an entire book or episode on tv when you finish it... or rethinking your entire day while in the shower at night.

The one I tell everyone is the old card game. Where you put all the cards face down and then you try and match them up. It may be a kids game but it definatly helps your attention and memory.

Maybe something like a sudoku puzzle would help. I've seen other ones but I can't recall their names.

Boring *** video games, that have amazing cutscenes.
Like Final Fantasy.
Cuz it's boring as hell, but you keep playing, just to see the pretty cutscenes.
Also, monopoly.
